At Dutt Pack Official , we take immense pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our inventory and strict health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of physical cannabis or vape products once they have been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our policy regarding refunds, replacements, and order issues for getduttpack.com .
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of our products, all sales of flower, concentrates, and vape cartridges are final. We cannot accept returns of these items for a refund if you simply change your mind or do not like the flavor profile.
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind our hardware. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will make it right.
Vape Hardware: If a cartridge is leaking upon arrival or has a dead battery/atomizer (will not fire), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Flower Quality: If there is a verified issue with the quality of your flower (eg, mold or significant weight discrepancy), please contact us immediately.
How to Request a Replacement:
Email info@getduttpack.com with your Order Number.
Provide a clear photo or video of the defect (eg, a photo of a leaking cart or a video of the battery not working).
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost or provide store credit for the value of the item.
3. INCORRECT ORDERS
If we accidentally smell you the wrong strain or product, do not open the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours, and we will ship the correct item to you immediately. Opened products are ineligible for replacement, even if sent in error.
4. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Refunds: Cash or credit card refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before it has been processed and shipped.
Store Credit: In most resolution cases, we provide store credit in the form of a digital coupon code that never expires. This allows you to try a different strain or product on your next “Pack” drop.
5. MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking info says “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the package is officially declared “Lost” by the carrier, contact us, and we will initiate our Delivery Guarantee reshipment process.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our fulfillment team has likely already vacuum-sealed and processed your order for shipment.
