We take privacy seriously. All orders from getduttpack.com are shipped using the following standards:

  • Plain Packaging: We use standard, unmarked USPS/UPS/FedEx boxes or mailers.

  • No Branding: There is no mention of “Dutt Pack,” “Cannabis,” “Vapes,” or “Weed” on the outside of the package.

  • Smell-Proof Technology: All flower and vape products are double vacuum-sealed or placed in heat-sealed, Mylar smell-proof bags to ensure zero odor leakage during transit.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. To maintain discretion, the sender name on your tracking info will appear as a generic fulfillment name (eg, “DP Logistics” or “Shipping Dept”).

4. Shipping Locations

We ship nationwide across the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local and state laws regarding the possession of cannabis-derived products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to receive these products in your jurisdiction.

5. DELIVERY GUARANTEE & INSURANCE

We stand by our delivery.

  • Package Safety: If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking status), we will provide a one-time reshipment at no extra cost.

  • Seized Packages: In the rare event of a package being intercepted, we offer a reshipment guarantee to a different address or a store credit.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. If an item arrives damaged (eg, a broken vape cartridge), you must email info@getduttpack.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
